The aim of this study is to investigate the load distribution of model H-pile groups in granite weathered soils. Model tests were performed on the variation of relative density( D_r = 40% and D_r = 80%) of the soil, pile spacing(S = 2D, 4D, 6D) and array of piles.
Load distribution efficiency of a center pile is lower than that of other piles before yield load, load distribution efficiency is similar to all piles regardless of pile position. A center pile showed 5.2 to 6.3% of pile load distribution ratio before yield load and 27.2 to 33.3% of that after yield load
