Pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata) is an economically major crop in the genus Cucurbita. The C. moschata pumpkins display remarkable morphological variation within the species for fruit and seed-related traits. C. moschata is a nutritious food source and cultivated for its fruits, seeds, young stems, tendrils, and flowers. In the present study, a total of 406 C. moschata germplasms of the global diversity panel were grown and evaluated for 52 morphological traits related to seed, cotyledon, leaf, stem, flower, fruit, root, and branch number, and for cold tolerance and powdery mildew resistance in three consecutive years between 2018 to 2020. Extensive variation in seed villus (2018), leaf gloss (2018), cotyledon marble pattern (2018), number of root after cutting in low temperature (2018), and fruit stripe shape (2018), female flower number (2019), and stem color (2019) were found within the C. moschata.
