Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe behavior styles, self efficacy and interpersonal relationship harmony among nursing students. Methods: The participants were 208. Data collected from 7 september to 18 september 2016 were analyzed using descriptive statistics, χ2, t-test, ANOVA. Pearson correlation, Stepwise multiple regression. Results: The most frequent DISC behavior styles of nursing students was influence style(43.8%), followed by steadiness style(27.9%), conscientiousness style(20.2%), and dominance style(8.2%). DISC behavior styles was significantly different according to sex, application motivation, satisfaction with nursing as a major. Self efficacy was significantly different according to sex, year, satisfaction with nursing as a major, and academic achievement. Interpersonal relationship harmony was significantly different according to sex, application motivation, satisfaction with nursing as a major, and academic achievement. Dominance(β=-.06, p<.001), Influence(β=.10, p<.001), Conscientiousness(β=.07, p<.001), Self efficacy(β=.92, p<.001) were factors influencing interpersonal relationship harmony. Conclusion: The self efficacy, Influence & Conscientiousness need to be improved to increase nursing students' interpersonal relationship harmony.
