This study analyzed the relationship between the quality of major lectures, quality of liberal arts lectures, interaction with professors, student support services at universities, self-development efforts, cooperative learning activities, variables of active learning activities and learning performance. This study compared the learning outcomes of university students with non-metropolitan areas. Utilizing the data of small and medium-sized universities students extracted from NASEL data set collected in 2015 by the KEDI, regression analysis, multi-SEM were performed. The results of the analysis were as follows. First, students who felt that lectures were interesting judged their learning outcomes highly. Second, students who meet and discuss with professors frequently judged their learning outcomes highly. Third, students were more aware of their learning outcomes when they were active participants and satisfied with the services provided by the university. Fourth, students who are cooperative and active in learning activities are more aware of their learning outcomes. Fifth, in the case of college students in the non - metropolitan area, the more they are satisfied with the quality of lectures and the more satisfied they are with learning support services, the more they perceive that their learning outcomes are high.
