The purpose of this study is to enhance student"s creativity and collaborative practice by developing a maker education program that applies CPS. The research method applied the development research method based on the ADDIE model and the procedure was first, the core value of the program, the core activity process was derived through literature and case study, the supporting structure needed for the process was found, and the on/off-line blending strategy was developed and the draft program was completed. Second, the draft of the program was modified and supplemented through expert formation assessment to complete the final improved program. Third, to verify the validity of the completed program, a feasibility test was conducted from a group of experts and members. The literature and case analysis results are as follows. The core values of the program were derived from purpose, content, method, evaluation, and strategy. The manufacturer training process was derived in nine steps from applying CPS to TMSI. The supporting structure drew support elements from three learning guidelines, related information and tools and supported them at each stage of the activity, while blending developed a blending strategy according to learning environment, method, strategy, media and contents, and completed the draft program. Through the expert formation assessment, the goals of CPS were added and supplemented to complete the improved program. This study proposed program guidelines to promote high-level thinking and practice to enhance creative problem resolution, and allowed implementation and implementation strategies through interaction to be shared, accumulated and sustained. It will also help learners improve their self-directed learning and problem-solving skills by supporting various performance support strategies that promote awareness, emotion and behavior.
